Learner Permit Number is a 9 digit number located on the front of your permit.

Learner Permit Document

Learner Permit Document Number is an 8 or 10 character combination of letters and numbers.

If your permit was issued before January 28th, 2014 the document number will be on the front left corner.

If you permit was issued after January 28th, 2014 the document number will be on the back of the card.

Learner Permit Class

The Leaner Permit Class is one or two letters (examples: D, DJ, M, MJ, or E) and is found on the front of the card close to the ID number.

Promotional Code

The promotion code is only used if you have been given a discount or pre-paid code. If not, simply leave this box blank.
