Our online DADAP course is fully approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and formerly the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Board of Insurance. Many municipal court judges, justices of the peace, and drug courts throughout Texas accept our online DADAP course for various alcohol and drug offenses. We recommend that you check with the court prior to registration to find out if an online DADAP will meet their awareness course requirement.
