If you select "Court Ordered by Judge" as your reason for course attendance, this means that you went to
court and were ordered by a judge to attend a Missouri Driver Improvement course. You are required to complete
the course within 60 days from the date of your conviction, or the points will not be reduced on your driver record.
If you select this reason for attending, it means that you did NOT pay your traffic ticket online or mail your payment to the
Missouri Fine Collection Center. If you DID pay your ticket online or mail it, you should select "Fine Collection Center" as
your reason for attending the course.
When you complete the course, you will receive your Completion Verification Form 4444 electronically in PDF format. You will need to print your Form 4444 and have the judge sign and date it. You will then need to mail your Form 4444 to the Missouri Drivers License Bureau within 15 days of your course completion, or the points will not be reduced on your driver record. We recommend that you make a copy of your Form 4444 for your records before mailing it. Please note that it is the student's responsibility to make sure the Form 4444 is turned in to the Missouri Drivers License Bureau, not the traffic school's.
