Business and Industry
If your employer requires you to complete a defensive driving (a/k/a driver safety or driver improvement) course as an ongoing condition of employment, then you should select the "Business and Industry" option.
Completion Reporting
When you complete the course, you will receive your certificate of completion electronically in PDF format. You will need to print your certificate and turn it in to your employer's safety manager or other applicable party.
Note: The Business and Industry certificate of completion that you receive by choosing this option will not be accepted by a court for a ticket, but may also be used for personal auto insurance discount if applicable.
